 Lump Head to the rescue!

-Merged two disparate ERP systems into one ERP system.

-Created and documented business processes for end user training

-Integrated Boeing supply chain and EDI software to work with United Stars Aerospace ERP system.

-Created bar-coded inventory procedures to streamline manufacturing.

 

 

 

 

-Prepared Sumner, WA  site for systems deployment.

-Documented all systems, hardware, and business processes in Honolulu.

-Shutdown company in Honolulu on Thursday night, flew to Sumner with all company hardware and got it all up and running by Sunday afternoon (Phew!).

-Developed FAA required parts documentation processes that increased repair station output over 200% with same man hours

-Replaced a hand written labor intensive part documentation process with an system of pre determined options to select from.

-implemented new processes into ERP system

-Implemented a cost accounting system for the Repair station

Merged Brown production and MIW Aerospace into United Stars Aerospace.

Moved Hawaii’s own juice company headquarters to from Honolulu to Sumner, WA.
